Do Foreign Students Lower the Quality of Higher Education?

Bill Rammell, England’s Higher Education Minister discussed the complaints regarding the rise of international students and the effects it is having on various aspects of the education system with Rebecca Attwood from The Times Higher Education Supplement. Complaints have ranged from increase workloads, the lack of fluency and poor language skills, increase of plagiarism, and “downgrading of the learning experience for home students.” ISNE Blog
